Pirates of Nebulon V It had to happen eventually, and here it is. The first really terrible movie. When I saw this in a preview with the head of Mainstream Movies, I knew I had to review this. This, my friends, is how NOT to make a movie. Jeremy Texier plays Sam Gott in this cinematic mistake. Who Sam is, what he's doing, where he's from, all of these are impossible to answer due to the movie's schizophrenic nature. You remember round-robin sessions in English class? Y'know, where everyone adds a paragraph? Well, that seems to be what must have happened here. Mainstream Movie's Studiohead says she put about four writers to work on this script, and apparently they didn't get along. We open with four ordinary folks walking like vampires down a ruined city street. The very next scene, three of them are running down that street next to a blazing fire. I can only guess that the fourth member of their troupe must have spontaneously combusted. Ok, in the next scene, our hero is walking in a spaceship's corridor. He's still wearing a swinging 60's suit and carrying some kind of ray gun. He and some girl who we've not seen before start shooting like crazy. I envision them shooting at bugs, but that's just me. As soon as they're done shooting, Gott colapses on the ground. Not in the ship, mind you - on the street of the ruined city, only to be seen in the next shot blazing away on dual automatic machine guns in the spaceship again. Next scene, he and some other guy in a business suit shake hands, but Gott gets him with a joy-buzzer. Lost yet? It gets worse. Sam Gott is now riding a horse down that ruined street, only to show up next scene carrying an axe in the space ship. Then, in a fittingly confusing close to a botch-job of a movie, Gott is assaulted by three dogs on the city street. I honestly was relieved to see this atrocity end. This isn't even worth seeing for it's stupid, nonsensical script. I was left with a confused look on my face while I watched it. MM Studiohead said she was agast when she saw what her writers had come up with. Still, there is some humor here - if only in the fact that this got produced at all. Minimum Recommendation.
